Build Me a website with a game built in based on rough physics

I want to have a custom website built out that will be a game based on the typical rag doll simulation torture with some typical weapons game for a joke. The rag doll in the scenario will be based on a fixed image so it will need to be customized for that. The expected functionality is below:
-Be able to drag and drop the rag doll around and throw it around the box on the screen
-Be able to select and use a series of weapon icons to attack the rag doll
-have the weapons above interact with the rag doll by making small animated blood drops and movement in the area
