I need an application to allow easy filling out of a construction field form. You will basically be converting a paper-based system to an electronic one. The app will allow a person to answer questions, add comments, take pics and select data from lookup lists. It should be optimized for tables and work well on phones. Forms can be cached and edited offline, then synced later. I am looking for a developer with excellent user interface design patterns skills, understands the use of colour, graphics and icons to make the app stand out. You will be required to develop the mobile app as well as a backend that stored the data. The backend will consists of simple web pages and a REST api web service for the phones. I will provide more details to prospective developers.
