JS - Google Map with Filters for a PHP website

I'm looking for a javascript developer to create a Google Maps script for a small real estate website. I have an existing website built with this php script: [login to view URL] I am re-building my website using this temple: [login to view URL] but my new template does not have a "map search" filtering/map rendering. Templates for sale like these ([login to view URL]) dont's seem to have a Javascript that handles filtering/search. Here is an ideal "map search" look [Zillow]: [login to view URL] or see AirBnB map: [login to view URL] Your solution should look and work approximately like this: see "Map-View" picture attached. Features need to include: 1) Map: Area polygon layer [see blue boundary/border of the area] I have 6 KML files (areas), or we can use geojson polygon whichever better. 2) Map: Dots with specific color [depends on item type] 3) Map: Clustering dots show number if same lat,lng. When zoom = 6 Dots turn into small bubble with price on zoom. 4) Map: on map bound changes - right side search [Scroll list] results change. On color dot hover or click - the item scrolls up and gets highlighted + small info window pops up with price, number of bedrooms. 5) Scroll List: On item click - map becomes centered [item's lat,lng], dot changes color. I dont need an ajax popup window like it is in Zillow website, instead I'll just have a button "Details" that will open a blank page with item's details (like it is in the php script). 6) Filtering: If we will be utilizing JSON filtering (instead of php search) then URL link needs to change. JS examples: You don't need to re-invent a wheel, some solutions already exist, you can use as a base scripts like: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Info: This PHP script search filters down by search parameters and renders google map using a JS. - initial php search (when no filters) outputs all database items. So i believe we can generate a JSON array, and then work with it without utilizing php. I will provide you with these files and with the new template files if needed.
