Looking for an animator/coder to design simple 'zoom in' animation from one graphic to another

Looking for someone to help code a quick piece of animation/interaction.

The story:

1) User is presented with a QR code which they can scan with their phone.

2) They are then taken to a web page that features a map of a city (we will create this) with a spot highlighted (a location on the map), inviting them to tap

3) The user taps and the map rapidly zooms in, like in a Prezi presentation, and 'magnifies' the previously mentioned highlighted spot

4) They are greeted with another graphic (we will also provide) of another map featuring points of interest within this zoomed in location.

5) if the user taps again they are zoomed back out to the bigger map, if they tap they are zoomed back in, and so on and so forth

We are looking for someone to create this zoom between the larger and smaller maps. We will provide the 2 graphics, we just need the seamless zoom in and out.

This will be all on mobile as they will be scanning the qr codes on their phones.

It also needs to be simple enough that we can swap the graphics our for 6 different locations. That 6 different big maps zooming into 6 different small maps. This is because this will be featured in 6 cities and each city gets their own.
