Refactor Front End of Chrome Extension

Thank you for looking at our bid. We have not used Manifest 3.0, but was having a look at the migration guide. Maybe the plugin may not have script includes (remotely hosted code) & evals. The promise feature seems to be optional, hope we can use these to replace callbacks. Not sure about the amount of code/effort involved, better if we can refactor (esp., replacing jQuery, migrating bootstrap to latest version etc). I am looking forward to your comments, esp., to get some more idea before posting any clarification requests.
