SMall piece of JavaScript / .NET code

I have a DB table of texts that contains _______ in amongst the sentences to represent a cloze procedure. An example of this text would be Today, I went to the ________ and bought some milk and eggs. I knew it was going to rain, but I forgot to take my ________, and ended up getting wet on the way. I want the page to be able to take the text I supply from the DB table and allow the user to drag and drop from a list of up to 10 words also taken from the DB table into the places on the page marked with a ________ and for me then to be able to retrieve from the postback which items had been placed where in my .net code so I can see if the correct options had been placed in the right places. Note I do not need any help with the database, I am asking for a usercontrol into which I will pass the cloze text and the up to 10 possible answers, which will be displayed to the user and can then be drag and dropped and once the user is happy they can submit their response and I can process that response as per above. Naturally this should be mobile compliant, the site already uses bootstrap and Jquery and this should work on the majority of main stream current / recent browsers.
