Ok, here is our short list of what needs to be done.
• Get that CB plugin for jobs installed and display on profile as a tab. Installed but not synced with the jobs program. Signup is using the CB.
• Remove that community builder tab where it says “community” at the top. (we don’t want that on there)
• Add the questionnaires to the jobseeker:

o If offered a position would you be able to pass a drug screen? Y/N
o Are there blemishes on your recent credit history that might discourage a perspective employer from hiring you? Y/N
o Do you have any infractions on your driver's license? Y/N If Y:
o If Y how long ago did it happen? 1yr 3yr
o Would you be able to pass a background check? Y/N
o Would you pass a federal child abuse clearance? Y/N
• Add the questionnaires to the employer:
JOBS EMPLOYER FORM for Job Posting – Added Fields to Employer Form ( put in job posting section tab)
1. Does this position require applicants pass a drug screen? Y/N
2. Does this position require applicants' credit be checked? Y/N
3. Does this position require applicants' driving records checked? Y/N If Y:
o How far in the past do you search for infractions 1yr, 3yr, 5yr, 10yr, Lifetime
4. Does this position require applicants' backgrounds checked? Y/N If Y:
o How far in the past do you search for infractions 1yr, 3yr, 5yr, 10yr, Lifetime
o Does this position require applicant's obtain a federal child abuse clearance? Y/N
• Add a group profiles to CB so that we can have a group which is ( I will find this plugin for you so you know what I mean):
o Jobseekers
o Employers
• Make sure that other jobseekers and employers can’t see profile pages in CB (Employers are already able to search jobseekers resume’s in the jobs program so that is a non-issue).
• Scrap job sites for inclusion into the database for job listings. Last part of project. Will install program for easy inclusion to database using xls files to dump into the database when sorted (I will install the component).
• Outside jobs must be labeled unverified (need to add field in jobs program for that when they click on the job listing.)
• Logged in jobseekers will only be able to see their available jobs according to how they answered the previous questions when they use the search functions: JOBS Job Seeker Signup FORM – Added Fields to Employee Form
. Need to add user profiles to [login to view URL] program which is being used and integrate that with AEC and CB so job seeker has a "jobseeker" profile, employer has a "employer" profile and advertiser has a "advertiser" profile. They should not be able to post jobs as a job seeker or a employer apply for a job. etc....
Need a coder not a content editor. If you can't do the job or know php scripting then don't apply please. Wasted 7 days already on similar situation.
