Joomla Holiday Catalogue

Hi, I am creating a website to sell holidays, the website will not sell the holiday directly, rather provide information to aid the customer to make the decision about the location they wish to go. Once they have made a decision they will submit a form including dates, locations, accommodation types etc. I feel the whole site will have to revolve around a database, the database probably maintained on a desktop database, to be exported to the online database for customers to view due to the information changing at a quick rate. The enquiry form will be a major source of the business! In the enquiry the user will be able to submit a form which would include the following Columns: Site Name / Location | Accommodation Type | Arrival Date | Departure Date They can have as many lines as they want. There needs to be a remove link for each line at the end. Another part includes party names and ages: First Name | Surname | Date of Birth Same as above, requires a remove link at the end of each line. At the bottom of the form there needs to be Fields for: Title, Name, Surname, Address, Postal Code, Country, Telephone, Mobile, Email Address A tick field for, Are your dates flexible? A Field for Comments The form needs to acknowledge the enquirers language and submit this in the form somewhere, maybe in the subject line would be very effective. Now for the tricky bit! I will have articles for destinations, maybe more than one article for a destination and maybe articles in a different language for the same destination. I want there to be a link/button, add to enquiry form, adding a line So, I’m thinking somewhere there needs to be a database, because not all destinations will have the same accommodation type. The accommodation type needs to be a drop down list, pulled from a database of accommodation types available at a Site Name. Arrival Date and Departure Date are date fields, calendar to open on click. Then a submit field, It would be great if this form was stored on the internet rather the solely emailed as various people around the world speaking various languages could deal with this enquiry! The next problem is that various languages could fill in this form, the customer could switch the Joomla site language to say Italian, the form would need to be displayed in Italian. To escalate this problem, the customer will be sent a confirmation email with the details of their enquiry inside the email, with the field titles in the language they used to fill on the form.
