Joomla website- Articles display a "white box" Incorrectly - And Modules show extra "spaces"

I have two problems shown below.
1. Joomla website- (ONLY ON CELL PHONES- ANDROID AND iPHONES) Articles display a "white box" the full length of the page. Appears fine on laptop and desktop computers.

2. Also extra space between modules needs to be cleared. You will find an example of this on the home page, and other pages through out the site.
This will need to be corrected for the existing articles/ modules, and any new articles/ modules I need to create in the future.
Extra information: I have a custom CSS that may or may not need to be disabled. This module clears out articles that I do not need. Please see screen shot for that module name and information:
