I have an existing food recipe that we can no longer produce as-is because several key ingredients are now hard to source. I need the recipe recreated so the final product matches the original taste, texture, and shelf-life while using alternative, readily available ingredients. Once the new formulation is locked in, I also need a full nutritional profile generated and an FSSAI-compliant label layout prepared. Please factor in any changes the new ingredients introduce to macronutrients, allergens, and claims. If you rely on tools such as FoodWorks, NutriCalc, or similar software, let me know—that level of rigour is exactly what I’m after. Deliverables I will review and sign off on: • Reformulated recipe with exact quantities and process notes • Updated nutrition facts table in the FSSAI format • Draft front- and back-of-pack label copy, including ingredient list, allergen statements, and legal declarations A quick turnaround is ideal, but I’m happy to discuss realistic timelines so the analytical work is done properly.
