Color CAD Lot Layout Plan

I need a clean, color-coded CAD site plan for a rectangular 150' × 100' lot. My sketch (attached) shows four zones already labeled: A – Parking B – Picnic C – Food-truck bays D – Service drive What I’m after is a refined version of that sketch that reads well at a glance: • Parking (zone A) must display realistic parking stripes, and—most important—an accurate stall count based on the dimensions of the lot. • Picnic area (zone B) should be filled out with tables and chairs spread evenly, not clustered, so visitors see an organized, welcoming space. • Food-truck area (zone C) needs simple box outlines scaled like real trucks, with clear spacing for queueing. • Service lane (zone D) just has to remain unobstructed and clearly marked. Please add basic landscaping throughout. Please keep each zone in its own distinct color, draw to scale, and export both an editable CAD file (DWG or similar) and a high-resolution PDF I can share with stakeholders. I need to know what software is being used.
