G'day Mate, I was born in beijing, and speak perfect mandarin, have been trained for language program (oral program for radiostation). Finished high school and university in Australia. teach some of my japanese friends, and western friends for pronunciation can understand what your needs, I been through the same stage when I first time land in AUS. I have full mandarin basic learning materials from my kids school(British school in china, they use english as primary language, and chinese as second language.) willing to share. I am not a professional teacher for lanauge, but well-know your needs and confident to make it.
