We offer Scholarships to deserving students. We have a manual system which works with physical files and this creates delays in giving out the money to students. We need a website based solution. We already tried once but before finish, we ran out of luck as the developer had an accident. Now we have the incomplete solution which needs some changes. But we cannot do anything to it as the developer is not available and we do not have the source to edit it. So now we have to start from scratch but the good thing is that its almost complete and the new developer already knows by looking at this previous solution as to how to build another one and at the same time making the necessary changes which would complete the solution required.
