Once the meeting is on my calendar (we use Microsoft Outlook for invites), my team takes over to close the deal. Compensation is strictly performance-based: ₹500 for every verified meeting that actually happens, plus a ₹3,000 success bonus each time a prospect you booked becomes a paying client. There’s no upper limit on what you can earn. To succeed you should be comfortable prospecting, writing persuasive emails, and following up via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or the occasional call when it helps move things along. Solid written English and the persistence to navigate gatekeepers are essential. Deliverables that mark each milestone as complete: • Spreadsheet (or CRM export) showing the contacts approached and status updates • Outlook calendar invite accepted by the prospect, with meeting link and brief notes • A short hand-off summary so I’m prepared for the call Meet those three checkpoints for every lead, and you’ll be paid promptly.
