Freelance Business Development & Lead Generation (Excel Database + Outreach) Project Description: We are looking for a freelance professional to support our business development and lead generation activities for our BPO services. The freelancer will be responsible for researching potential companies, building a structured lead database in Excel, and initiating outreach to relevant decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify target companies (as per our criteria) Create a clean, well-structured Excel database including: Company Name Employee Name Designation Contact Details (Email / LinkedIn / Phone if available) Identify relevant decision-makers (HR, Operations, CX, Admin, etc.) Connect with prospects via LinkedIn / Email / Calls Introduce and pitch our BPO / Support Services Maintain tracking sheet of outreach status & responses Deliverables: Excel lead database (accurate & verified) Daily/weekly outreach activity report List of responses / interested leads / follow-ups Ideal Candidate: Experience in lead generation / BD / market research Strong Excel skills Good communication skills Comfortable with LinkedIn & cold outreach Detail-oriented & organized Project Type: Freelance / Remote Duration: Ongoing Payment: Per 5 meeting - 1000 I’ll consider the project complete when I have clear data to guide our go-to-market focus and a partnership pipeline ready for my sales team to activate.
