I'm launching a remote recruitment agency and need a VA with experience in LinkedIn sourcing, lead generation for clients, and CRM support. This is a commission-only role: You earn 50% of every placement fee (full-cycle recruiting — you find the client AND the candidate). Plus $500 monthly base. Example: If a client pays a $10,000 placement fee, you earn $5,000. Hours: Flexible (you control your schedule) Rate: 50% commission per successful placement plus $500 monthly base (no hourly rate) Are you interested?
