We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented B2B Telemarketing Specialist based in Vietnam to assist with customer follow-up calls for our healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional outreach and good spoken English and Vietnamese proficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct follow-up calls to B2B healthcare clients (clinics, hospitals, or private practices). 2. Re-engage past leads and update them on our latest healthcare solutions. 3. Log all call outcomes and client feedback accurately in our CRM. Requirements: 1. Location: Must be based in Vietnam. 2. Language: Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills.
