Your role is simple: find the right prospects and get them interested in a free 2-week trial of our service. This is NOT a passive role. You will be expected to produce measurable results every hour. What You'll Be Doing: 1. Lead Research (Daily) Research and compile prospect lists by city (we provide the cities). You will identify mobile mechanics and small auto repair businesses in each target market and collect accurate contact information including name, phone, email, address, business name, and cities they service. All research must be conducted using compliant methods and tools. Organize findings into a spreadsheet for outreach tracking. 2. Cold Calling (Primary Focus) Call prospects and pitch a free 2-week trial Clearly explain the value: we help them get more inbound customer calls Handle basic objections and move them toward a "yes" Log all call outcomes and notes What Counts as Success: High call output Leads that agree to a trial AND are verified as qualified by our team Requirements: Strong spoken English (clear, confident, not robotic) Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Experience with cold calling or sales preferred Ability to independently research and compile lead lists Reliable internet and quiet calling environment How We Measure Performance: Trial sign-ups Quality of leads (must be real businesses and a good fit) This is a results-driven role. After that, you handle it 100%: quotes, pricing, payment. We don't get involved in your business with the customer. Our only role is sending you the calls. At the end of the trial, we get on the phone and discuss how it went and give an estimate on how many calls we can get to you monthly. We quote a monthly rate to keep the calls rolling. There's no contract — just month to month. Our hope is that it works well enough that you'll want to continue long-term."
