We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation and Outbound Sales Specialist to cultivate a consistent pipeline of high-value B2B clients. ### **Objective** The primary objective is to consistently secure qualified monthly discovery calls with key decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, COOs, Founders, and Enterprise Tech Leaders) with the aim of achieving one of the following targets: * **Volume Tier:** A minimum of 10 clients per month, each with a contract value of at least $1,000 per month. * **Enterprise Tier:** 1–3 high-value clients per month, with contract values ranging from $5,000 to $50,000. ### **Scope of Work & Channels** Candidates will have the autonomy to leverage the most effective channels for B2B technology procurement, including: * **Cold Email Outreach:** Establishing scalable and deliverable cold email infrastructure, domain warming protocols, and crafting high-converting, personalized messaging. * **LinkedIn Outbound:** Utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator for highly targeted executive outreach and fostering professional relationships. * **Paid Performance Ads:** Designing and executing targeted lead generation campaigns (across platforms such as Meta, Google, or LinkedIn), provided there is a proven, data-backed strategy. * **Referral & Affiliate Networks:** Engaging with existing enterprise networks to facilitate warm introductions. ### **Budget & Compensation Structure** * **Initial Trial/Setup Milestone:** A fixed payment of **$100 USD** will be provided for campaign setup, lead scraping, target list development, and initial copy/outreach verification. * **Performance Incentives (Uncapped Commission):** An aggressive commission rate of **[10%–20%]** will be paid on the total contract value of every client successfully closed.
