digiSurve is a freshly launched SaaS venture, and my first milestone is simple: a predictable stream of qualified prospects. The fastest route is direct calling, so that will be the heart of your work. You will build or source your own contact lists, then reach out by phone to decision-makers, introduce digiSurve in a crisp pitch, gauge interest, and secure a next step—whether that is a booked demo, a follow-up call, or a firm request for more information. Key deliverables • Self-generated prospect list with basic firmographic details • Daily call logs with outcome notes • A minimum number of demo appointments agreed upon before you start Leads can be captured in a Google Sheet or pushed into my CRM; whichever is faster for you is fine. If you already use tools like Aircall, CloudTalk, HubSpot, or a similar dialer/CRM stack, mention that when you submit your proposal—speed to first call matters more than anything else. Acceptance criteria • Each lead must match the target profile we’ll refine together on day one • All data fields fully populated: name, role, company, direct phone/email, call outcome • Appointment slots verified in my shared calendar The sooner the first calls go out, the better, so factor your ramp-up time into your timeline when quoting.
