I'm looking for a self-driven Lead Manager to keep my residential real estate pipeline moving. This is part-time to start with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday | 12–5pm CST (5 hrs/day) Your day-to-day is simple but has to be consistent — follow up with sellers, log every call in Podio with detailed notes, send personalized texts and emails that reference each lead's actual situation, extend soft offers when the time is right, and lock in appointments for me to close. Every lead in the system should feel heard and moving toward a decision.
