What you’ll actually do • Research independent and chain restaurants across the UK, double-checking each one really operates without a digital concierge solution. (If you already keep a verification checklist, even better.) • Craft concise, persuasive emails, send them, follow up, and drive the conversation until an owner, general manager, or operations head books a live demo call with us. • Note every interaction in a simple spreadsheet or CRM so I can track progress in real time. Acceptance criteria for each lead 1. The restaurant confirms no concierge platform is currently in place. 2. The meeting is scheduled on our shared calendar. 3. All contact details (name, role, direct email, phone) are provided. I pay £5 for every booking that meets the three points above, with weekly payouts so you see quick wins from your work.
