Your primary goal is to set up appointments/site visits with decision-makers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Data Mining: Identify potential clients (Factories, Hospitals, Societies, Corporate Offices) in Sagar & MP. - Cold Calling: Reach out to decision-makers to introduce our unskilled/skilled labor services. - Appointment Setting: Qualify the lead and schedule a face-to-face meeting for our sales team. - Reporting: Maintain a daily Google Sheet with call status, remarks, and follow-up dates. DELIVERABLES: - A verified database of contacted leads (minimum 100 contacts). - Daily status report (Calls made vs. Connected). - Confirmed appointments/meetings for the sales team. REQUIREMENTS: - Fluent in Hindi (Regional MP dialect is a plus). - Previous experience in B2B cold calling or tele-sales. - Own SIM card and phone. PAYMENT STRUCTURE (Total Budget: ₹7,500): This project operates on a Hybrid Model (Effort + Result) to ensure quality: 1. Base Pay (For Effort): ₹3,000 - Released upon completion of the calling list (e.g., 150 calls made) and proper data entry in the provided sheet. - Condition: Must maintain professional call quality and daily reporting. 2. Performance Incentive (For Results): Up to ₹4,500 - ₹300 per Qualified Meeting: Paid for every lead that agrees to a site survey or face-to-face meeting. - Example: If you book 15 meetings, you earn the full ₹4,500 bonus. Total Potential Payout: ₹3,000 (Base) + ₹4,500 (Bonus) = ₹7,500 Note: This is a pilot project. Successful performance will lead to a long-term monthly contract.
