HYPR Assistants is actively looking for Follow Up Specialist or Lead Intake Specialist. The purpose of this role is to manage all incoming leads to ensure each one is given the best chance to be monetized. This position is one of the first points of contact with the team.
The bulk of time will be spent answering phone calls from leads, entering them in our CRM, and scheduling appointments with our sales team. The ability to build rapport and empathize/sympathize with leads is crucial. This person must be professional, polite, energetic, and explain to potential sellers that we can provide a solution for their need, whatever that may be. We need an individual who excels in communication with strong
customer service skills.
• Answer any phone calls and filter out the leads.
• Follow up with existing leads within CRM from all Marketing Sources.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Team on group calendar
• Collaborate with the Admin and Sales Team
• Create a warm hand off for the Sales Team to connect with viable leads.
• Conduct quality assurance follow up calls / surveys with leads
