advise email marketing large db

project descriptiom we are looking for a person/company who has good experience with handling mail issues. We have big db with millions of records. most autoresponder programs work well with records up to 1 million. who can advise us how to work with millions of records for bulk mailing and autoresponders. how we can end up in the inbox etc. we want to be able to send to entire db's in minutes/hours instead of days. If possible without a third party/paying per send mail like getrepsponse etc. Good rewards for the service provider that can help us with usefull advise.
