I am selling 8 properties to a friend via a limited company and require a price for selling the properties and one for the purchase of said properties too. The deposit is being gifted.
It’s is 6 houses and 2 x 2 bed flats but all the flats have one main door and then separate doors to their flats.
Could you provide me with a price for selling and a price for the limited company to buy them please.
