I am seeking an Architect/Interior Designer to transform a 700 sq. ft. bareshell space into a highly functional, minimalist office. The focus is on clean lines, spatial efficiency, and a professional, uncluttered aesthetic. Scope of Work Site Survey: Physical measurement of the site and documentation of existing utilities. Space Planning: 2D floor plans optimizing the layout for workstations, a cabin, and a pantry area. Lighting & Furniture: Detailed lighting concepts and furniture selection (modular/ergonomic). 3D Visualization: High-quality 3D renders of the final design. Design Goals Style: Minimalist, contemporary, and airy. Palette: Neutral colors with high-quality, durable finishes. Objective: Maximize a compact footprint without compromising movement or storage. Deliverables: Measured Floor Plans & Sections. Ideas for lighting fixtures Furniture/Material suggestions. 3–4 Final 3D Renders. Requirements Experience in commercial/office interiors. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering software. Availability for a local site visit.
