I need a few items done with OpenBravo. I have two options, depending on how costly the options are, I'll decide which one to go with.
Mandatory: I forgot my admin password. It needs to be reset
Mandatory: Help with automatic database backup with dropbox
Background: We are a non profit social club that has members come into the club on a daily basis. We've used Openbravo for the first year and input members names and first year dues into the computer. The time has come where we need to start collecting members 2nd year dues.
Option 1: Provide a way for us to printout a report showing members names, past payment amount and payment date. Have the report so that we can print it on a monthly basis
Option 2: Provide a way for our members to have a unique identifier (username/password) so that when they come into the club, they must type it in. Once they type it in, if they are current on their membership it'll popup and say, welcome "name" you have "X" amount of days left on your membership OR if they aren't current it'll say, Welcome "name" Your membership expired "X" if you would like to continue using the club, you need to pay another years membership.
