1 Way Link Building Campaign

We Nedd 1000 permanent one way links from pages with a Google PR of 5 or more. Budget is $700. Links and link pages must be search engine friendly and use the anchor text and description of my choice. Further specs include: all link pages must be indexed by google. - one link per ip address - links from blogs, forums, link farms, guestbooks, FFA, and other similar pages will not be accepted. - link page must not have more than 30 outbound links on it. - links must be from english language sites - link sites Must be related to Web Hosting or Domain Registration - Link Must be placed in a PR5+ page I reserve the right to cancel any link not meeting my standards and link must be replaced by provider with a suitable one. I am not interested in directory submissions so do not bid if that is what you are offering. Looking for experienced person for this project. Payment will be through GAF. Before project is started, i would need 5 links as an example of your work. after 5 links are completed, $100 will be sent to initiate the project. payment will be paid with every successful 200 links.
