I have been having problems with my emails from a lot of clients on my server since I changed servers (and ip addreses ) The most recent problem is this message.
ervice not available - no PTR record for [url removed, login to view] (not my actual IP address)
I have been researching this from the start and i believe it has always been down to PTR records not correctly set up. I also think it is Reverse DNS related.
I have also had this error: 554 Transaction Failed Spam Message not queued.
And this: 522 IP REPUTATION BAD
(please check for IP address listing on reputation services)
I have a feeling they are all down to a problem with my records/reverse DNS and this is not related to bad ip addreses.
