My skill level is very low. Here are my requirements: I have CentOS 6 VPS server with one main IP and 4 additional public IP addresses assigned. No cPanel. I can give you root access to the server via SSH or GUI remote desktop. I need Squid proxy server installed, then I need it to be modified so that depending on the PORT used to connect to the proxy, it assigns a different IP address (out of the 5 available) -- this way I can choose which IP I want to connect to by changing the PORT in my browser proxy settings. Clear example here of implementing this: [url removed, login to view]
Then I need the connections to be high anonymous as per this guide ([url removed, login to view]).
Proxy must have a username/password configured.
You will deliver to me the following:
** Exact steps you took to complete this (in a document)
** Instructions on how to change the proxy password so that only I can connect to it
I want a competent person to do this job, time is of the essence. You should know: Linux, VPS, yum, CentOS, Squid (preferably...), IP Tables etc.
What I mean is, you should have known what I was talking about before I posted the example links. If you have that kind of knowledge, please apply, and let's get this started :)
** I will be the only client, this is not an advanced setup where I am serving many clients.
** In the high anonymous setup, I still want to forward the USER AGENT (in the example I posted it is replaced with "anonymous") - everything else is exactly as per that tutorial, but I want USER AGENT to still pass through
I will hire in 1-2 days and this needs to be completed within 3-4 days after that (preferably within 1-2 days for a bonus payment if working correctly)
