Write some Software

I want a script, one liner if possible that will read a file where websites will be listed (one on each line) and check all the links on those sites trying to partially match the word "contact". So for example I want to find [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] etc.. so it will also need to follow internal links on each site. Then it should simply save the output into a text file with one url per line. Also, a progress indicator would be nice. No need for GUI, shell is just fine. Please quote price.
