cross-compiler environment

Create a cross-compiler environment on Debian Etch i686 which will target at least i686-pc-linux-gnu and x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu platforms.

## Deliverables

Create a cross-compiler environment that will run on Debian Etch i686,

and be able to compile C code for at least the following targets:

* i686-pc-linux-gnu

* x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu

Optionally, any of the targets below that the solution would be able to

compile C code for, will be a plus for selecting a seller for the job:

* powerpc64-unknown-linux-gnu

1. The seller must login as root to a machine owned and administered by

the buyer and build the environment in a 'screen' session that is to be

attended by a representative of the seller. The machine will be a

i686-pc-linux-gnu architecture, containing only a base-system install of

Debian Etch. The seller is free to execute arbitrary commands (except any

that consist an attack over any other Internet or Intranet host(s)) and

finally test the environment with building a 'Hello, World!' application

for all supported target platforms.

2. The seller must deliver a document describing the process of

building the above-mentioned environment, with all steps described,

including all command-line instructions, similar to the how-to given here:
