Asterisk modules/modifications

Need the following work done for Asterisk 11.5.2 Certified: 1.) A working Voice Changer module (such as [login to view URL]). Must be tied to MixMonitor command so that altered voices can be recorded or not, based on a switch passed to MixMonitor. 2.) Modification to the Dial command to allow a .WAV file to be played in a continuous loop in the background during the call. 3.) Modifications to the Dial command to force a SIP session to remain open for a minimum number of seconds.
