Le vrai risque ici n'est pas l'installation d'InstanBlog mais LiveKit : sa plage UDP 50000-60000, les ports 7880/7881 et un serveur TURN sur 3478/5349 doivent être ouverts sans toucher aux règles firewall existantes, et le reverse proxy WebSocket mal configuré casse souvent le vhost du site déjà en production. Je commence donc par un audit complet en lecture seule — vhosts, certificats, versions PHP, bases, conteneurs, crons, ports occupés, espace disque — que je vous transmets avant la moindre modification, avec un snapshot VPS pour rollback immédiat. InstanBlog sera isolé : fichier nginx séparé, pool PHP-FPM dédié, utilisateur MySQL propre à la base, certificat Let's Encrypt ajouté sans régénérer les certificats existants. LiveKit tourne en conteneur Docker pour ne rien installer globalement, derrière nginx avec les en-têtes Upgrade/Connection corrects, plus coturn indispensable — sans relais TURN les appels échouent silencieusement derrière les NAT symétriques et pare-feux d'entreprise. Je teste ensuite une vraie session audio/vidéo entre deux réseaux différents, pas seulement en local, et je vérifie que le site existant répond normalement à chaque étape. Hi, InstanBlog running on your VPS next to the site that's already live, with LiveKit connecting from mobile data too. The install isn't the risk. Touching nginx or the firewall on a box in production is. Plan: snapshot, then a read only audit of vhosts, PHP, ports, cron and certs. InstanBlog gets its own vhost, DB user, PHP FPM pool and cert, nothing global changed. LiveKit over WSS behind the proxy with TURN on ports nothing else holds, tested from desktop and Android.
