Need to develop Web GUI with IPSec VPN setup for OpenWrt system in standard Luci interface

It is necessary to develop (or modify, see below) an interface in OpenWrt standard Luci (latest version 22.03) to configure the VPN IPSec iKEv1 / iKEv2 protocol (L2TP) with PSK or certificates (both must works apart). It must work with CISCO standard IPSec/L2TP in site-to-site mode and with internet redirection mode.
You will need knowledge of the base OpenWrt, VPN protocol itself, ability to write linux shell scripts and understand JavaScript (for Luci GUI adaptation).
There is a sample implementation of Open Source, but it only supports iKEv1 PSK, it can be modified to support needed modes. More details in private discussion.
