Squid Proxy Script

Need someone to be able to config an IP range to a server for me, following that then install squid proxy on that server and be able to export each ip (likely a /23 subnet) to a txt file inch ip:port:user:pass for 512 proxies

Need short and quick access to be able to change user and pass of proxies quickly
