I have a single wrought-iron table base—about 1.6 m × 0.7 m × 0.7 m—that needs to be collected from Lake Macquarie and brought down to Raleigh, NSW. The piece is solid but not fragile, so it can travel exactly as it is; no blankets, boxing or other special packing required beyond the usual tie-downs you’d use to keep a load secure. Timing on both ends is completely open, so you can slot the job in whenever you’re already moving along that route. All I ask is that you let me know a day or so before you plan to pick up so I can give the sender a heads-up, and that you confirm delivery time with me once you’re on the road. The task is finished when the table base arrives in Raleigh in the same condition it left Lake Macquarie.
