We are looking to create two logos for Home Quarter Springfield and Springfield Homemaker Centre.
**The successful bidder will have ongoing work on this project and many more across Australia and Asia.
** The logo is for a large shopping centre that has IKEA as an anhor together with 30 other lifestyle home shops including electrical, funiture, bedding, etc. This centre will be the largest in the southern hemisphere.
We like the use of 3d and shadowing.
This logo will be used on everything from outdoor signage and mall signage to advertising, online campaigns, corporate communication and other centre related collateral.
This brand is edgy and contemporary. It's aspirational, up to the minute but with a real sense of strength and longevity.
This brand has a feeling of community, neighbourhood or precinct - this allows imagery with the flavour of home or living quarters. It is NOT a corporate faceless brand, it **IS** friendly and contemporary with a **retail** flavour
The logo must be of the highest quality as they will be rolled out internationally.
Our corporate property colours are red, black, grey and white. So if you could work something up with these colours that would be great. We like the simplistic, contemporary logos.
We will need approximately 20 redesigns on each logo. Pls allow this in your pricing.
