Business branding package

Job Description:
I am looking for someone to put together a business branding package for a new startup. I have a business logo, which I like, already but require the remainder of the package / assets for a ladies fitness brand.
Package to include:
- Brand discovery process - via video call or survey. If survey, reverse brief required
Logo review and potential update
- Brand colour, complementary colours etc
- Brand fonts - 2-3 fonts that work well together
- Brand mission statement / values
- Brand tone of voice
- Brand tagline
This is not a pure design job and may suit an agency with both designers and copywriters
Key requirements:
- Due to requiring assistance with tone of voice and mission statement, a native English speaker is preferred. Fluent English considered also
- Please provide examples of business branding packages you have done previously or alternatively graphic branding plus copy.
- Please advise rough approach - not looking for an essay but a brief overview
