Logo Modification

Hi,
Our company logo needs a minor modification. The original
file is attached here and we will
buy the best design at $30 that meet these requirements;
1) Keep the original face without change anything (bacause
it was nice and pretty).
2) Need you to rework on her hair, same long hair, but curly
(flow down, not up). The image will need to be fit in the
same rectangle frame.
3) Remove text/company name as they distract the image.
No name/text is needed on the logo.
