Brain tumor segmentation

I have a proposed architecture built for a brain tumor classification ( the architecture is a custom cnn with parallel layers like the inception architecture and it also includes a channel attention layer and a transfer layer) and I want to modify this architecture to do a brain tumor segmentation instead of classification using Brats dataset2020
I need to do the code for it with python using Kears and tensorflow please keep in mind I use Windows not Ubuntu so make the code working in Windows
(Data training and testing should be done using 5 fold cross validation)
(3D image should be used)
