Hi, a CDR where every panel, stripe and gradient of the shirt comes back as its own editable curve. Autotrace gives you a blob, so that's the real work. How I would do it: segment the panels, unwarp each off the mockup mesh so it lies flat, quantize the colours into flat regions, trace those to beziers, then write into CorelDRAW over its automation API as native curves.
