Magento 1.9 install amasty extension

Please share the FTP and admin details so that I can fix the issue related in extension from amasty

Hi i will do the task I have a problem with a website. i try to install an extension from amasty but now shows erros Mage registry key "_singleton/Amasty_PromoBannersLite_Model_Observer" already exists I am a "Magento developer".
