Hi there.I've many projects on optimizing wordpress,drupal,magento websites (you can check my profile). I suppose you use gtmetrix for these statistics. I usually take about $100 for this. If you want me to do this for you please share me your cpanel access or ftp and of course your website url. Edit: Also be aware of that plugin you want installed. The defering of javascript often bugs Internet Explorer browser (disabling slideshows and other javascript related stuff). Even thou with no defering of JS ,class A or B are always achievable.
