Make my website

Hello. I am looking for someone to make a website for me. I need a website to serve 2 main purposes; one is to provide online English lessons and the other is to provide English teaching resources and materials to both teachers and students. These materials include flashcards, worksheets, games & activities, recorded English lessons, blog & forum, lesson plans and so on.

I need a website that is going to be simple, clean, interactive and very user friendly. I want to add things to the website like a php worksheet generator, flash-games for kids and interactive books etc.
