Job Description:
Our group is opening restaurants in Miami, the Raleigh-Durham Triangle and in Los Angeles metro/Inland Empire and other select cities in USA. The concept is Mediterranean fast casual which is part of a national growing franchise. The candidates should have hospitality experience, management experience, and be able to either assist in planning of opening new stores which includes managing design teams, construction firm, marketing staff including recruiting restaurant manager and operations staff. Average pre-planning for opening each store is 60 to 90 day period with average of 30 to 40 hours per month. Experience in planning, budgeting, design, construction, real estate , and hospitality (restaurants). Must have entrepreneurial spirit, analytical mind, detailed approach to work, organized personality, and the ability to multi-task and work independently and have a strong work [login to view URL] have strong computer/technology skills and have strong client, personal and business references, You should have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, etc). Initial assignment is 1 to 6 months.
After 6 to 12 months of pre-opening assignments, select candidates looking for full time work on a long term basis may be asked to re-locate to south Florida, eastern North Carolina or Southern California if Phase 2 of the assignment.
