I am sourcing a reliable Indian manufacturer who can produce up to 5,000 brass imitation bangles finished in both gold- and silver-tone plating. I will supply the artwork—an eclectic mix of traditional and modern patterns—and I need you to translate these files into finished pieces that look showroom-ready. Material & finish requirements • Brass base must be nickel-free, lead-free, and fully hypoallergenic. • The plating is primarily decorative, so uniform colour, high lustre, and blemish-free surfaces are non-negotiable. • Standard fashion-wear durability (no visible tarnish or peeling after regular use) is expected. Production flow 1. Review my CAD or drawing pack and confirm manufacturing feasibility. 2. Produce 2–3 pre-production samples for approval. 3. On sign-off, scale to the final run (quantity tiers: 500 / 1,000 / 5,000). 4. Provide basic QC photos and plating-thickness data before dispatch. 5. Pack each bangle in an individual poly bag and bulk-box for shipment.
