An on-site visit to our Chinese factory is required before the next shipment leaves the warehouse. The sole focus is product quality: confirming the material we specified is what’s actually being used, verifying workmanship meets our standards, and checking that each unit functions as intended. A thorough visual inspection is enough for this assignment; no lab or formal performance testing is necessary at this stage, though you may note anything that seems to warrant further testing for our follow-up. High-resolution photos and short video clips should accompany your written observations so I can see exactly what you saw on the production line and in finished goods. Deliverables that will mark the job complete: • Same-day factory visit (date to be agreed) • Detailed inspection report covering material quality, workmanship, and basic functionality for the sampled units • Photographic evidence and brief videos of any defects and of acceptable units • Clear pass/fail summary and recommendations within 24 hours of leaving the factory Fluency in Mandarin for smooth communication with plant staff is essential, and prior experience with product quality audits in China will be a strong advantage.
