I think you post the same project twice sir. But at any case, i will copy paste my proposal from your project but different post "The design shown is structurally a buoyant pontoon barrier with cable railing, not a hulled vessel, which keeps the scope manageable. I can own the structural and fabrication side: CAD geometry (SolidWorks/AutoCAD), static buoyancy and stability calculations, basic structural checks on connectors and posts, fabrication drawings with BOM, and an installation memo. What I won't take on is full hydrodynamic CFD (drag, motion response, mooring force across sea states). That needs a dedicated naval/ocean engineer running tools like Orca3D or OpenFOAM. I'd suggest sourcing that separately, and I'm glad to coordinate with whoever you bring on so the structural design matches their simulation results. Before scoping precisely, what wave height range should this be designed for, and is the mooring seabed anchored or pier fixed? Happy to start on CAD and buoyancy calcs while you line up the hydrodynamics specialist."
